| Acer's Eco organisation was adjusted
in 2004 to engage employees across all of our worldwide
regional offices, integrating Eco considerations
throughout our operation-flow.
Acer's Eco committee consists of the company
Chairman & CEO, senior executives from the
IT Product Business Group in Taiwan, and management
of regional offices. Together, they are responsible
for overseeing the Acer worldwide Eco strategy,
and monitoring the results of the Eco management
system. All employees are required by corporate
policy to comply with the applicable environmental
laws and with Acer's own Eco, health and safety
programme.
