Simple yet powerful, the Empowering Technology toolbar puts the power to command and control your Acer desktop at your fingertips.

The Empowering Technology toolbar is displayed by default on the Windows® desktop, and if closed, can be opened by simply pressing the Empowering Key or selecting the Empowering Technology icon. The Empowering Technology toolbar displays currently installed Empowering Technology utilities, which may include* :

  keep your data safe and secure from prying eyes

Empowering Technology brings you the latest multimedia technologies in supremely usable form.

Empowering Technology can be accessed by pressing the "Empowering Key," located on the keyboard of your Acer desktop PC. It can also be accessed by double-clicking the Empowering Technology "e logo" icon on the Windows® desktop, and for some models, by pressing the Empowering Key located on the bundled remote control.


Pressing the "Empowering Key" or double-clicking the "e logo" icon launches the Empowering Technology menu, a convenient portal to the following Empowering Technology utilities:
