Acer's Express Upgrade to Windows Vista® Promotional Program

Acer works closely with Microsoft Authorized Fulfillment Centers (AFCs) to provide you with the quickest, most convenient path to Windows Vista^®. Please refer to the details below:

1. The promotion period for this offer starts on October 26, 2006. The promotion will end March 15, 2007 and end-user submission for redemption needs to be complete by March 31, 2007.
   
   
2. If you would like to purchase a supplemental upgrade kit that includes Acer's upgrade DVD, please contact the Microsoft AFC nearest you.
   
   Note: You may need to update/reinstall the BIOS and/or some utilities and/or applications when upgrading the OS.

Aspire 1640, Aspire 3020, Aspire 5020, Aspire 9500, Ferrari 4000, TravelMate 3000, TravelMate 4060, and TravelMate 4400 are Windows Vista^® Capable but are not currently included in the Acer Express Upgrade to Windows Vista^® program. Acer will post the updated BIOS, drivers, utilities, and application programs for these models on the Acer Service Website in early March.
